Høyanger has rich and long-standing industrial traditions. The industrial town grew out of the aluminium works now operated by Hydro, a major local employer, and for more than a century it has cultivated an industrial culture and an array of manufacturers and suppliers that continue to grow to this day.
We want to play host to green industrial growth and help build a more sustainable and modern industrial society, preserve our natural environment and cultural heritage, and be a driving force for smart, energy-efficient and eco-friendly technologies. We believe Høyanger is perfectly placed to realise these visions.
Høyanger Industrial Park is a 22 000m2 industry and commerce complex in the outskirts of Høyanger well suited for a broad spectrum of manufacturing and business operations. The industrial park has melting and holding furnaces, production facilities, and office and wardrobe facilities. The park can be sectioned according to needs, and can also be expanded towards the north.
The factory building in Leira Industrial Park is 4200m2. The facility has good prerequisites for process manufacturing in a circular economy through ArcFume-technology, and there are opportunities for expanding of the areal available if needed.
